PIT PAD RENTALS

The 2008 racing season is behind us and it is time to look ahead to the 2009 season at Shady Bowl Speedway.  We are now accepting pad reservations and they will be honored on a first come basis.  We will make every effort to honor specific requests however; this may not be possible in all situations.  Pads can be used for most weekly shows but there may be a night or two when your pad will not be available to you and you may be moved to another pad.  The cost of each pad for the 2009 racing season is $150.00.  Remember that pads are limited and are on a first paid basis.

If you had a pad last year, your pad location will more than likely remain the same.  You MUST reserve your pad by sending payment by January 12, 2009 or it will be given up.

Thank you for your support of Shady Bowl Speedway in 2008.  We look forward to seeing you at our first race of the 2009 season.

First Tune & Test is scheduled for Wednesday, April 1 from 6-8 PM.  The cost is free!

First race is scheduled for Saturday, April 4:

 IN 2009 ALL DIVISIONS MUST HAVE A RACEceiver RADIO SYSTEM!

AMS DRIVERS
  
The top 15 drivers in points are eligible for 2 provisional starting spots at the rear of the
AMS A Main at each event.  The provisionals will be determined by points position.  In the event
of a tie, qualifying time will be used to determine the provisional driver(s).
 

TRACK RENTAL INFORMATION
 
$150.00 for first hour, $75.00 for every hour after that.

CLASSIFIED AD SECTION!
 Sell your racing related items cars, parts, tools etc free on the Shady Bowl website. This is for RACING ITEMS only. Please forward copy to bigdog1145@aol.com . Please notify us immediately if your item sells and we will remove it.

ADVERTISERS!!
 
If you are interested in advertising your business on the inside wall of the track, contact us through the web site  or call (937) 585-9456.  Cost is $400 and it can be renewed for $100 each year.  All we need is the artwork!

Weather Cancellations
 
For weather related track cancellations call the track number at (937) 585 - 9456.
 Web site will now be updated for weather conditions.  

Driver Information
Drivers planning to race during the 2009 season must fill out a driver profile with 1099 information.  Forms can be filled out on line and emailed to bigdog1145@aol.com or turned in race night.  Payoff can not be made until this form is properly completed.

Shady Bowl Speedway Fan Mail
Do you want to receive Shady Bowl stories, results and upcoming event info ? It's as simple as providing us with your email address. You will receive Saturday nights results plus weather info and a look at what's coming up each Saturday. Just send an email with your request to be a fan mail recipient to eisaacs@woh.rr.com. You may also sign up at the photo trailer at the track. Be sure to include all your email info.
